The Aim of the Program

The Specialist Program is a residential program for experienced and skilful people, who want more friendship and awareness in their everyday life - who want to help a beautiful dynamic community to realize its full potential. As a specialist you can live free of charge in the Humaniversity community. You join the program for a minimum of three months and it is possible to stay for up to six months. You meet, live, and work with interesting and friendly people from all around the world. You are a member of peer group together with other specialists. You work in your area of specialisation in a range of projects designed to expand and improve the community operations. To help make your stay fulfilling and enjoyable there are sessions and sharings for the specialists during the week and you participate in one weekend workshop each month. In this community you are appreciated for your individuality as well as for your contribution, and you have the chance to make many close friends.

Building a Community

The Humaniversity is a personal growth center that has operated successfully for over 21 years. We own a well-equipped campus of 30,000 square meter and we offer extensive year-round workshops and trainings. We want to improve and expand our work further with a range of new initiatives. And this is where the Specialist Program comes in.

Among Other Things...

• We are planning a substantial building program to accommodate large number of residents and visitors in a beautiful living environment.
• We are putting a fresh focus on marketing and how we communicate the Humaniversity's work in the world.
• We are planning to introduce advanced computer and administrative systems that will support this overall expansion.

Features of the Program

• The Program is free of charge;
• We provide you with food and dormitory accommodation;
• You live and work with other specialists, as a team member, on one of the many projects that we have planned;
• During your stay, you have the opportunity to focus on your particular area of skill and experience.
• You participate in sessions and sharings with other specialist during the week to help make your stay here as enjoyable and effective as possible;
• You participate in one Humaniversity workshop per month free of charge (non-accumulative).

Conditions

• Eight working hours per day (including housecare)
• Three days off per month
• You provide your own pocket money and medical insurance;
• Participation in some Community activities;
• Dormitory accommodation;
• Reasonable ability in spoken English.
• Pre-requiste: Tourist program (€ 1100.- normal fee: € 1635.-)

  • Network designer, computer maintenance, programmer, web design
• Building and Construction
  • Architect, master building, project coordination, wood floor layer, metalworker, carpenter, painter, electrician, plumber
• Finance and Accounting
  • Accountant, economist, financial controller, banking and bookkeeping
• Office and Administration
  • Business consultant, office administrator, secretary, librarian for books, audio and visual records, archive manager, personal assistant
• Sales and Marketing
  • Marketing, sales, public relations and copywriting
• Food and Beverage
  • Chef, kitchen organizer, purchaser, warehouse manager, bar manager
• House and Garden
  • Landscaper, handyman, toolmaker, plumber, gardener, farmer, laundry designer and manager, upholsterer
