During the Easter AUM Marathon, Veeresh developed a new therapeutic process, the 4 Elements Meditation. Earth to ground, water to clean, air to intensify, and finally fire to express and love.
We graduated 14 new AUM Leaders, including the first ever AUM Leaders from Hungary and Japan.

I joined the Tourist Program in order to learn who I am. Aged 46 and having had no real long term relationship, I realized my heart was closed to people, a protective habit from childhood. My behaviour was predominantly distant, aloof, arrogant. There was always a gap between me and the other.
