The goal of the training is to come to your heart by letting go of the shell that you've built to protect it. Trust is the key, in yourself and people around you. You will learn to clear personal and interpersonal barriers and come closer to others. When you can feel afraid, angry, sad and happy together with other people, you have found the freedom to be who you are.
This training has its roots on the Encounter process, a very effective way to discover who you are and what you want from life through connecting with others with awareness. Throughout these three years you will be guided with many different methods of Encounter. Along the way you will gain and develop profound qualities - love, honesty, intimacy, awareness, meditation and passion, as well as valuable insights. You will learn the Art of Love - the highest of all Human Arts.
You will find your personal power, see and respect your vulnerabilities, appreciate your inner beauty and also come to terms with the inner darkness which you haven't previously acknowledged. You will also see these aspects in everyone around you and appreciate that underneath we are all the same - we are all one and we are all looking for love.
The benefits of the training will be very helpful for people who are leading a team, or working together in one, parents, people in a relationship or looking for one, teachers and other professionals who relate directly with people in their work, and everyone that faces the challenge of relating in their daily life.
This training gives you the skills to reach out to others even across gaps and barriers you thought were impossible. Gradually you drop your emotional games and fears and emerge as an authentic being. You can be the warrior, the Buddha, the lover, and the Master of your life!
"Life for me is not about being aware just by myself. I like being ALIVE, having so many friends and so much love in my life that I am fulfilled and satisfied. I love it to have friends whom I can trust, whom I can listen to when I am not able to function any more. Sometimes encounter is not easy, but it's worth it. That's a concrete thing for me in encounter: to see how many more friends you get." - Premdip

You will assist the workshop as part of the group staff, teaching from your own experience, and develop your friendship skills from this level - with the group participants, the staff and the group leaders.
