Osho gave this group to Veeresh in 1975. AUM means Awareness, Understanding and Meditation. It is now a classic Humaniversity Intensive Workshop, a five-day around-the-clock, indepth process - action, fun and education-packed.
The AUM Meditation was distilled out of the AUM Marathon. Now, the AUM Marathon is a blend of different forms of the AUM Meditation.
You will practise the meditation in many different, extended and often extraordinary ways.
The AUM Marathon is a deep-end dive into yourself; you can witness yourself from many different angles.
The AUM is an invitation to become aware of who you are, and understand that you can really change your life - you always have the choice!
